Conditions for Return & Refund
We will gladly accept the return of damaged Petti Disposable Plastic Containers purchased on https://buypetti.com/ within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for undamaged products.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be:
- In the original packaging (unopened and unused)
- Clearly show signs of damage
Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any damaged product(s), please contact our customer support team by email at support@buypetti.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and any relevant photos.
- Return Instructions: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product(s).
- Return Shipment: You are responsible for the cost of returning the damaged product(s) to https://buypetti.com/ . We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own records.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the damaged product(s). The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If rejected: We will notify you via email explaining the reason for rejection. The damaged product(s) will be returned to you at your expense.
Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the damage is due to our error.
